David Robertson is minister of St Peter’s Free Church in Dundee where the vast majority of those who attend are young people. David is also a chaplain at the University of Dundee; trustee of Discovery Camps (an organisation which provides Christian holidays for disadvantaged children in Dundee); Editor of the Free Church’s magazine The Monthly Record; a member of the Scripture Union Scotland board, and a regular speaker at student conferences and missions. He has written two books, the most recent of which is The Dawkins Letters – challenging atheist myths (Christian Focus Publications 2007). Alistair Donald is Chaplain to Heriot-Watt University. He has a doctorate in environmental science and worked in that field for a number of years in Wales and Scotland. After doing a degree in New Testament in Edinburgh he was a parish minister in Aberdeenshire for ten years. He has a strong interest in Christian apologetics. Alex McLellan is the Founder and Executive Director of Reason Why: a Scottish Bible teaching and apologetics ministry dedicated to strengthening the belief of Christians and interacting with non-Christians who are interested in matters of faith and understanding.
Born in Edinburgh, Scotland, Alex completed his BA in Communications from Moody Bible Institute in Chicago before gaining his MA in Philosophy of Religion from Talbot School of Theology in Los Angeles. He worked as an itinerant evangelist/Bible teacher with the Heralds Trust before starting this apologetics ministry based in Scotland.
